As Operations Manager you will be an integral member of the organization, supporting the team on HR, office management, event planning, marketing, and accounting matters.

Responsibilities:

Managing onboarding new employees and related requirements
Managing health benefits, 401k, and employee time accounting
Managing HR information coordination with state and federal tax authorities
Managing QuickBooks accounts interface for company bank accounts and supporting the finance team with intermittent reporting
Managing office growth and coordinating with the building on employee/tenant matters
Supporting/leading internal and external event creation, coordination, and attendance
Supporting on the production of marketing materials (website, brochures, banners, team merchandise)
Providing accounting support services, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing and updating company ESG and DEI policies and metrics
The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with a proven track record in this field and a collaborative attitude and desire to help out as needed to assist in accelerating the growth of a fast-paced company.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
2+ years of HR, administrative, and accounting experience;
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time;
BA/BS degree;
Marketing experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary commensurate with experience;
