Join a growing company offering SaaS solutions for solar, wind, and battery developers to efficiently bring more Renewable Energy onto the grid!

This role will lead the entire Sales function as a direct contributor and will build a department and processes as the team grows. Candidates must have experience selling enterprise-level software solutions. Bonus if that experience is selling within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage full sales pipeline
Run point on demo calls with prospective clients
Follow up with leads and manage sales pipeline within Hubspot
Experience managing data in sales CRM tools
Manage and coordinate with an external SDR team
Bring a deep understanding of the sales process
Create, refine and improve sales playbooks and training guides
Requirements:5+ years of experience in end-to-end software sales in Energy
Experience managing a team of sales professionals
Experience managing data in a CRM with Hubspot preferred
Desire to work with a small, growing team
Desire to lead sales for a rapidly growing company

Work from anywhere / 100% remote (office available in Boulder, CO if you prefer working onsite).
