As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable to drive revenue growth by leading front-end pursuits and campaigns for existing and new products, services, and programs.


Develop and execute win strategies to bring innovative solutions to customers
Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships
Prepare/present sales presentations internal and external
Understand customer needs and shape new business requirements
Drive quality and timely responses to customer deliverables
Own the pursuit through contract negotiation and acceptance
Provide input between internal teams in Germany and USA
Manage account CRM, provide and own material forecasts, and manage budgets


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
5 years of successful execution of business capture in the renewables industry
5 years of experience presenting material to internal or external senior management
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Previous experience in the wind turbine or renewables industry
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Salesforce or Customer relationships management (CRM) software experience
