As Vice President of Project Development, you will be responsible for building and managing project development teams within the organization and problem solving across all aspects of the solar project lifecycle. You will also sit at the table of decision makers to help lead and make informed decisions with the company.

Responsibilities:
Guide and build out project development teams in all aspects.
Problem solve in numerous areas throughout a project lifecycle, such as interconnection agreements, land use permits, title issues, etc.
Develop and implement creative team building exercises.
Be an integral part of growing and building out company culture.
Clearly identify and communicate project risks and mitigation plans.
Develop relationships with necessary partner at each project step.
Drive company initiatives and communicate thoroughly to the executive committee for all key decisions.
Requirements:
5-7+ years experience in solar project development.
Thorough understanding of a community solar project lifecycle and all of the stages within.
Experience building and managing teams of project developers.
Strong background in partnership development.
Ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly.
