Senior Director, Project Finance

As a Senior Director, Project Finance you will be able to independently manage the following:
Sourcing, evaluating, modeling, structuring, negotiating, and closing project acquisitions and project sales
Running sales process, negotiating and closing transactions
Providing ideas to M&A discussions and structuring
Building confidence with Management team
Managing a team to support the Project M&A function
Preparation of Presentation Material related to corporate financial status and performance for management and external parties

Requirements:

7-10 years of corporate or project finance experience
Experience working in US Tax Equity for project financing
Have the ability to be pro-active, well organized and analytical with strong problem solving capabilities
Capable of leading and managing team to support finance function
Comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy industry and related regulations required
Refined qualitative and quantitative analysis skills required
