Australia’s Clean Energy Regulator (CER) reports that the country has once again proven to be a fast adopter of solar rooftop photovoltaics (PV) by installing 1,718,722 systems.

This represents a cumulative 5.90 Giga watt (GW) PV capacity.

This data represents information up to the end of July 2017.

Since then, the country has added another 77,317 small-scale PV systems.
