Refunds and Returns Policy

However, it’s important to establish and clarify the terms surrounding refunds and returns.

Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any payments or collaborations.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We would like to make it explicitly clear that pvbuzz.com does not offer any returns nor do we accept any refunds on paid invoices or deposits. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues, but we have a strict no refund policy.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement. We can end the relationship with a 30-day notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You are also free to terminate the agreement at any time. However, please note the following:

Termination Consequences:
There will be no refunds on paid invoices or deposits.

You will pay us for any work done toward the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed if the value of the work done is more than the already paid invoice.

MONTHLY CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA PROJECTS
If you decide to stop work in progress for the monthly content and social media project, that entire month will have to be paid in full. We cannot offer partial refunds for work that has been initiated but not completed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Schedule
Payment will be in accordance with the pricing table listed on our website or provided in our proposals. For monthly services, the payment will be invoiced towards the end of the month and is due upon receipt.

Currency and Methods
All payments will be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment may be made by wire transfer or credit card.

Credit Card Payments
If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that an additional 2% processing fee will be applied.
