California — Zeitview has recently acquired Heliolytics, a company focused on assessing the performance of photovoltaic (PV) systems through aerial inspection and analytics.

Previously a division of NovaSource Power Services, Heliolytics will now operate as part of Zeitview, contributing its specialized data insights to the latter’s existing capabilities in aerial inspection technologies.

The majority of the employees from Heliolytics will transition to Zeitview as part of the acquisition.

Moreover, the Toronto-based presence of the Heliolytics team will remain intact.

While the financial terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed, the merger aims to bring together complementary skills and technologies from both companies.

The acquisition will enable Zeitview to offer enhanced services in aerial inspections for the energy and infrastructure industries by integrating the data analytics expertise of Heliolytics.
