The Sungevity brand has been resurrected with a Solar Spectrum and Horizon Solar Power Merger

Solar Spectrum merged with Horizon Solar Power to create what could be a rebrand of Sungevity.

Horizon is a designer and installer of residential and commercial solar systems in Southern California.

The company’s CEO, Frank Kneller, will serve as the CEO of the combined business along with a new leadership team. The combined business will be part of the Sungevity family.

The merger of Solar Spectrum and Horizon will create the second largest provider of residential solar systems in California and the fourth largest in the country.
