New Jersey — EnergeiaWorks announced it has hired Monica Scantlen as Director of Recruitment. Monica will develop, manage, and mentor the EnergeiaWorks team of 10 recruiters across the US and Canada.

EnergeiaWorks says she returns to the company at a time of pivotal growth across the renewable energy industry and at EnergeiaWorks in particular, with revenue increased 115% since 2020, and a staff that has doubled in size in the past year.

Joining Monica in senior leadership roles are Jamie Paquette, recently promoted to Operations Director, and Victoria Waye recently promoted to Director of Customer Success.

As Director of Recruitment, Monica will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and for creating sourcing strategies to be implemented across the EnergeiaWorks client base.

She will partner with hiring managers on behalf of EnergeiaWorks to understand and fulfill staffing needs to support business objectives, and ensure candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Offering deep insight into the renewable energy field and knowledge of best talent acquisition practices, Monica will manage the team through all aspects of recruitment, including candidate development, screening, interviewing and training.

She has over 20 years of recruiting and human resources experience in both corporate Fortune 500 and search firm environments. She comes to EnergeiaWorks from Power Systems Consultants in Kirkland, WA and previously was Senior Recruiter at EnergeiaWorks for a major growth period from 2012-2020.

Operations Director Jamie Paquette oversees human resources and operations, implementing strategies for internal growth and productivity. A vital contributor to EnergeiaWorks since its initial stages in 2010, Jamie worked in recruitment roles and previously helped build a solar energy nonprofit in New York City.

Victoria Waye, Director of Customer Success and part of the EnergeiaWorks team since 2016, assures quality for its extensive customer base, placing jobs among project development, engineering, marketing, sales, and business development, product management, O&M, construction operations, project management, manufacturing, and the supply chain.
