NANJING, China | China Sunergy Co., Ltd. —
China Sunergy had received written notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of the NASDAQ Stock Market, on July 20, 2015 informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the continued listing requirements under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Listing Rule”).

On May 20, 2015, the Company received a letter from NASDAQ (the “Letter”), indicating that, the Company failed to file on Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2014 (the “Filing”) in a timely manner.

The Letter requires, among others, the Company to submit a plan to regain compliance with respect to the above delinquent report within 60 calendar days of the receipt of the Letter.

On July 10, 2015, company filed its Form 20-F for the period ended December 31, 2014. On July 20, 2015, the Company received written notification from Nasdaq that by filing its Form 20-F, the NASDAQ staff determined the Company has complied with the Listing Rule, and accordingly, this matter is now closed.
