British Columbia — HES PV announced it has acquired the assets of Sentinel Solar including the team, warehouses, inventory and proprietary products.

HES PV says the combined team will become the largest and most diverse solar group in Canada with decades of solar and battery storage system experience spanning small residential solar, commercial solar, remote microgrids and utility-scale solar projects.

“We’d like to welcome Sentinel Solar’s customers, team members and suppliers,” said Jeff MacAulay, HES PV’s Chief Executive Officer.

“I am very pleased that HES PV will be continuing to build on Sentinel’s legacy,” added Adam Webb, Sentinel Solar’s President & Founder.

Orders placed with Sentinel Solar (for shipment within Canada) prior to this announcement will be fulfilled by HES PV.

Over the coming weeks, the company will further communicate the combined list of offered products.
