The eFlex program acts as a bridge loan specifically designed to cover the development and installation costs associated with residential solar projects.
Introducing this financing tool addresses a significant challenge for homeowners: the difficulty of covering the large initial payment required for solar system construction and materials.

Through the eFlex program, customers can begin their solar journey with just a small deposit.
Brightworks will handle all necessary permits, equipment procurement, and installation. Homeowners then have up to 90 days post-installation to settle the remaining balance using funds from the Greener Homes Loan program. This approach simplifies the financing process and eliminates the need for homeowners to source large amounts of capital upfront.
