BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc. (RES) announces its entry into the distributed energy market.

RES is providing on-site energy solutions to commercial, industrial and utility clients in North America by integrating a variety of state of the art technologies. Equipment and services delivered by RES are tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer in a controllable, predictable and competitive manner.

RES currently designs solutions that integrate:

– Solar arrays
– Energy storage
– Demand side management
– Microgrids

Over time the company expects to expand its offerings as other technologies develop and mature.

For commercial and industrial clients, RES delivers on-site solutions in partnership with the local utility, while for clients such as municipal utilities and electric co-ops, the company offers grid-connected installations that support the cost, reliability and other objectives of these clients. RES will manage projects under RES ownership through commercial operation, then will either own and operate the asset or transfer the asset to a strategic investment partner.
