ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Innovative Solar Systems, LLC based in Asheville, NC is currently accepting bids from potential buyers of nine (9) Utility Scale Solar Farm projects in a portfolio that the company has under construction in the South Eastern United States.

The nine solar farm projects range in size from 20 Megawatts all the way up to 80 Megawatts and some of the projects will be online by December 31, 2016, the others will be online in 2017. All of the projects being offered to buyers in this portfolio will include tier one PV Panels, inverters and single axis trackers to assure maximum energy harvest. Financial models for these projects indicate an approximate return of 15% for the Debt Equity Investor and about a 35% return for the Tax Credit Investor.

ISS has been a world class developer of solar farm projects in the U.S. for over half a decade now and has approximately 10GW’s of projects in early stage development phases in a total of 24 states. The company can also show potential buyers of these projects the company’s massive track record in the solar industry which includes having three of the largest projects under construction this side of the Rockies at present. ISS is currently developing a project in the Western United States that will be the largest solar farm project ever built in the U.S., more to be announced later in the year as that project is unveiled to potential buyers. Large investment firms have become very comfortable with solar farm investments since these are low risk investments with income streams that last upwards of forty (40) years.

These current projects being offered to buyers are even more attractive to investors due to the fact that ISS is funding the construction and the projects will be sold either during construction or at full Commercial Operation Date (COD). By ISS assuming all construction risk and delivering the solar projects at COD the buyer is assured of a very low risk asset with a long term income stream.
