Toronto, Canada | March 20, 2015 — Atlantic Wind & Solar, Inc. has completed construction on a 500 KW Utility Scale solar power plant in Mississauga, ON, Canada.

The $3 million commercial rooftop installation, consisting of approximately 2,300 panels, is expected to produce 12,500 megawatt hours of power over the next 20 years supplying Ontario with clean reliable energy.

The power will be sold under the provinces Feed-In-Tariff program.

Atlantic has notified the Ontario Power Authority and is awaiting the receipt of a Commercial Operation Notice.

Atlantic is a developer of utility scale renewable energy plants with over 650 MW’s of projects at various stages of development in Canada, South America and the Caribbean.
